Shake, pour, top, and garnish! To make the perfect Contact Collins – mix ingredients and shake with ice, pour into a Collins highball glass, and top it up with ice and soda water, making sure not to use more soda than gin. Finish off the cocktail with a garnish of fresh orange or grapefruit.

NOCINO - Solera Barrel Aged Green Walnut Liqueur $NOCINO - Solera Barrel Aged Green Walnut Liqueur 31% abv. Crafted from walnuts that are harvested while still green, they are then macerated and soaked with aromatic herbs & nuts. Our Nocino has been aged for a year in charred American Oak Bourbon barrels in a unique Solera method; imparting complex flavours of burnt caramel, cinnamon, cloves, and sherry. Solera is a fractional aging and blending method. Using a tiered system of barrels, the young Nocino is blended into older barrels allowing it to mingle and age together. Over time, the youngest barrel is blended into the barrels at the top of the solera. Then the top ones are drained into the level below, and so on until the oldest barrel comes out of the bottom row. Nocino Solera Barrel Aged Liqueur is complex and excellent as a digestive or an addition to old-world cocktails! Available in 750mL bottles at the Driftwood retail store.
