As we ran our trials, we quickly realized that we would need to release two distinct gins that would sit at different spots on the flavour wheel. As we experimented with different distillation techniques we were continually drawn to the many facets of our floral botanicals.

For Parabola, we wanted to explore these delicate flowers and create a gin that had depth and an unmistakably floral experience.
