Pineapple Habanero
60mL Contact Gin
22.5mL Clarified Pineapple Juice – acid adjusted
22.5mL Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Habanero Tincture
2 Drops Saline Solution
Single Serve: Add all contents to shaker tin, fill small side of shaker to the top with ice and shake until tins are frosty. Double strain into Nick and Nora glass and garnish with dehydrated half pineapple wheel.
