The Mage
Masterfully distilled in July 2022 from 100% BC grown malted barley and aged in two distinct casks: high char ex-bourbon barrels and South American Malbec red wine barrels that were filled with a distillation derived from a Belgian yeast fermented mash. ‘The Mage’ offers the warm inviting presence of tingling baking spice, followed by soft flavours of vanilla and finishing with a dry astringency that invites another sip.
No chill filtration. No coloring added.
